A Military Thanks

Good morning and welcome to my blog.   Today I wanted to share a card I made suitable for that returning special service person.  It uses several Lawn Fawn stamp sets.  I originally had wanted the card to read "Welcome Home" but not having the word "welcome included in any of the sets I had, I determined that "Many Thanks" also works quite well:).

Sets used :
Critters in the Forest
Into the Woods (small stamped clouds)
Sunny Skies   Clouds for tree tops, Bird, Kite tails for bows.
Home Sweet Home - Banner, Many Thanks, Branch (tree base)
Winter Sparrows - Branch (small tree base)
Winter Bunny with his camouflage scarf

Additional Items Used:
Copic Markers
White gel pen
wacky cut scissors (grass)
Glue Dots

Enjoy your day:)

Love Stinks!

Hello, I think anyhow that has ever been in love or had their heartbroken can attest to how true this next card is.  The cute little set comes from Simon Says Stamps.  It is called Stickin Cute and that it is :).  Heart is cut using Spellbinder heart die and then colored to match his cute colored nose.  I colored the skunk with C1-C9 markers. The wording with the exception of word " Love" is from the set.  Love is from Lawn Fawn.  The zig zag was traced in white using  the pattern from a pair of funky scissors I have.

Have a great evening thanks for stopping by.

I Only Have Eyes for You.

Today I had to play with a  new release from Lawn Fawn.  The set is called Science-of-Love.  Are they not the cutest birds and perfect for creating an adorable Valentine?   I used the branch die-cut from their Winter-Sparrow set and clouds are from Into the Woods set, another favorite of mine:)  Valentine is from a Happy Valentine's Day Greeting I found in a dollar bin.  Got to love those $1.00 bins :)

Images were colored with Copic Markers.
White card stock- Papertrey
Turquoise and Red from Misc stock.

Thanks for stopping by enjoy your evening.

A Foxy Birthday

Good Evening I sure hope your day was not as stressful as mine.  It was so hectic I just now am posting under the wire for this weeks Landscaping Challenge The theme this week was Birthday and since I missed the posting date last weeks I wanted to make sure and post this one:)

I created this quick foxy card using pre-cutout banner card base which I lined with plaid paper.  Balloons were cut using matching papers and Martha Stewart balloon punch.  Fox is from Lawn Fawn and "Birthday" is My Sentiments Exactly.
