Extremely Quick Thanksgiving Cards

Hello, I'm back with another couple quick cards to share. These are a couple of cards I made last weekend. I haven't made a single card this week. This week has left me totally exhausted. There is a mad rush at work to get construction project completed before the weather changes. I absolutely hate the massive amount of work this time of year. I did not have the energy to retake the pictures so forgive the blurriness. I plan on playing around with this new camera over the weekend and get it right! I am determined to figure it out one way or another.
On the first card the saying is from Kim Hughes, paper from LI and I believe the leaf stencil is from Dreamweavers. I added matching ribbon and a button to accent it. Simple, Clean and Elegant!
The second card was created using all Lasting Impression supplies with the exception of the chipboard saying which was part of a Target dollar bin find.

Enjoy your evening/morning and thanks for stopping by.

Turning 30 Stinks!

Good Evening, Tonight I thought I would share a card I made for someone very talented and dear to me.... We won't mention any names since it would only make me seem much older. It is so hard to believe my baby is 30! Makes you wonder where the years have gone.

For her card I cut out some chipboard numbers I had and covered them with so Lasting Impressions paper. Not having a skunk stamp I used a chipboard one from DCWV "Green Stack". The stamp is from Kim Hughes "What a Hoot" set.

Yes, Kathy 30 stinks but it is only a number!

Thanks for stopping by I hope you like my share.... Enjoy your evening!

MFT World Card Making Day - Challenge

I sure hope you all enjoyed WORLD CARD MAKING DAY! I know I did and I will probably be cleaning up from it for the next week. I only wish I had time to take on more of the super fun challenges over at Splitcoaststampers. I am not sure why, I was determined to take on a real challenge for me. Whenever pink is included in the description it's a challenge for me. It is one of those colors I just can't stand. After deciding on this challenge and having a lack of MFT stamps I downloaded their free digital set that Kim so generously offer for WCMD. The set is called "Think Pink". Having never worked with digital anything before this only added to my anxiety.... LOL This card took me forever! The challenge was to have pink, black white and some BLING.

You can check out all the entries for this challenge HERE

See You Later Alligator

Good evening TGIF! I am so happy the weekend has finally arrived, this week has been awful both weather wise and at work, just awful. The card I am sharing today almost went to my boss today! I came so very close to quitting.

I recently received this template from Lasting Impressions and was surprised to find the perfect stamp in my stash to use with it. I had bought it years ago and finally got to ink it. Stamp is from Just For Fun. All papers are from LI. I distressed the edges and lightly inked them for a more worn effect.

If anyone was interested in buying any brass templetes, now is the perfect time. Lasting Impressions is reducing a large amount of inventory and offering them at 60% off.

Enjoy your evening, thanks for stopping by.

A Not so Spooky Halloween Card

Good Evening! Tonight I thought I would share an adorable batty card I made this weekend. This cute but classic looking Halloween card was super simple to make. The black and white paper from Lasting Impressions is one of my favorite. It adds just the right amount of black and white to give almost any card a sharp, clean look.
The bat template I used is another favorite of mine also from Lasting Impressions (L9619). The saying is a dollar bin find from Joann's. The rest of supplies are all Lasting Impressions.

Sorry for the short post, but I spent all evening picking up limbs and branches left from the last few days of high winds here . Now I am off to nurse my aching back:)

Have a Hallo....ing good evening!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you like today's share!

She's Back

I am back and have lots to finally share. I have been busy around the house the last couple of months. Since I last posted I decided to have an auction to declutter the garage since it was just to massive to do a simple garage sale. It was lots of fun, we had a wonderful turnout despite the weather looking so iffy. It rained all morning and just before it was to begin thankfully stopped. It turned out to be a beautiful day. Kathy and her DH flew in to see the spectacle so I enjoyed a super good weekend with them. My camera decided to die or I would have pictures to share..... which brings me to the other reason I have not posted in so long. My new camera has too many buttons on it! I have tried and tried to get clear pictures, clicking everything even resorting to reading the manual (who reads them!) and still get blurry pictures. I think I may have a bad cam.....
Today's share is all about my brother.....

My brother got married and asked me to make a card box he had purchased into a 3-D box. This turned out to be a huge challenge, after several burnt fingers his box was made. I really think a blank slate to work with would have been much easier but as you can see I pulled it off. I also made several dessert trays. They look yummy right?
His card rather simple but elegant went together quickly using Cuttlebug folder, scallop circle nestability, and Lasting Impression birds and rub-ons. I cut out and attached wording to acetate before attaching to card front. Glitter was added to wings for a little extra bling. I apologize for scan it was taken with my new camera.
I promise to come back tomorrow to share more. I still have remodeled house pictures to share and my mojo for making cards has returned!
Have a super evening/day. Thanks for stopping in.

A Flowery Thank You

Wow, can you believe it... I managed to get two cards made this week! That only means I have not had the energy with the heat, to work on sorting out garage items this week.

This card went together real easily using one of my newest Last Impressions template (L9658).

All paper, buttons , rub-on and template are from LI. Lace are just some scraps I had lying around and I added a couple of hat pins, distressed the edges and used Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder for an added touch.

Pink is not my favorite color but I do like how this one came out.

Enjoy your day:) Thanks for taking the time to stop by!

It's Been A Long While...

Oh my, I haven’t posted here in ages. I’m sorry – life has been very busy … I have been working full time and spending my evenings de-cluttering in an attempt to downsize. It is truly amazing how much stuff one accumulates after living in the same house for 25 years.

While away from blogging I have also managed to get one level of the house remodeled (pictures to be posted soon), a much needed sewer redone, and managed to gain some space in and around the house.
Out of guilt I took time out to complete a swap card that I have owed out since May!!!

The card was for a dry embossing swap titled "Birds of a Feather" and uses Lasting Impressions templates, buttons and paper. The saying is stamped using Colorbox country brown ink and Amuse stamp.
I hope you are enjoying your summer. Thanks for the many emails of concern and hanging in there with me.
Nettie

Thanks for finding my typo Kathy... I had intended to type 25 and not 35 years! Although from the clutter I doubt there is much difference :)

All Aboard!

Good Morning, I hope everyone enjoyed and was inspired yesterday by Unity's World Record Blog Hop. Today's share is another card created using Unity Stamps. When creating this I used the "Choo Choo", "Little One" and the Wild & Crazy Bunch set. Characters were colored using Copic markers, acetate was added to the windows and again I used the paper from Plaid "Summer Sophisticates"along with some scraps I had lying around. Looking at it now I should have used some puffy paint for the little smoke stack for added dimension.

If you didn't get a chance to join in the blog hop yesterday, you can still "Hop Aboard" by going to SCS where you will find ALL the links for everyone that participated.

Have fun and thanks for hopping by!

Unity Inspirational Blog Hop

Good Morning, I am going to double your pleasure here since I couldn't decide on which card to share. This is a two- for- one hop stop!

First card : I am so in love with this newer set from Unity called You + Me = Happy . I colored it using Copic markers then paired it up wit some matching paper from Lasting Impressions called Sweet Tomato Dots.I completed the card using a little sewing around edge, adding a couple buttons tied with hemp before mounting it all on to Kraft cardstock from Stamping Up.

Second card: I paper pieced the Sweet Boy Jumper. This soft paper is from Plaid Summer Sophisticates series. The adorable diecut title added to the card is from MME. I stamped Little One from Unity's Wild & Crazy Bunch set using white ink and seafoam white embossing powder on to a Cuttlebug tag. I added a scallop edging using Fiskar punch and finished the card off by attaching a big white button.

If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it.

Today's Inspirational Blog Hop starts here. For your next stop head on over to the very talented Brenda's blog.

A Classy Rose

Good Evening, sorry I did not return with a card yesterday. The weather here was unusually warm and my day turned into a extremely productive day just not in my craft room. I took advantage of it by doing some yard cleanup, how nice to get rid of the winter remnants left. I then had a totally unbrainy idea, considering condition of my back, to clean up the garage. I can tell you today this was not at all a smart move if you get my drift. URGH I did however, manage to organize and sort through another section only 99 more to go!

Here is a card I wanted to share it was created for a dry embossing group's sketch challenge. I cased the scalloped edging . The idea came from another dry embossing friend Shelly, who sent me a RAK that I fell in love with. To create you use the largest Classic Scalloped Paisley Nestability and mask off the part you don't want cut or embossed. After cutting and embossing this tri fold card I ran the upper section through Cuttlebug "Swiss Dot" folder and attached this very soft Anna Griffin paper to the bottom. I completed it by creating a closure band, attached the embossed rose to an oval Nestability to complete it. I did brush ink to edges to give a slightly aged look using my favorite ink.
Supplies:
Lasting Impression -L9587 Rose template and Ivory cs
Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Paisley, Oval Scallop dies
Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder
Anna Griffin dp
Colorbox "dune" ink

Multipurpose Hair Products?

Hi, I think you will like this post. Many of my regulars know my hubby passed away in September. Since that time, I have been busy cleaning and de-cluttering in an attempt to rid the house of all unnecessary items. I am planning on having on heck of a huge garage sale this spring! The other day while cleaning out some bathroom cabinets I came across these curling rods and foam rollers from days gone by. I instantly thought WOW.... these would make great ribbon holders! So I set out to try them out and here are the results. They are terrific and because you can buy them from a wholesale beauty supply house in various sizes to handle all size ribbons I think these are my new favorite ribbon wrappers. In the same cabinet where some old foam rollers. I experimented wrapping ribbon around one which worked wonderfully. The foam on mine from being there so long was dry rotted so I removed foam and wrapped and closed ribbon around the roller rod omitting the foam which I would suggest since foam does dry rot.

So these went from the trash to recycle bin real quickly! I hope you find this ribbon storage idea as neat as I do.

One last favor.... putting a plug in for my very talented daughter.... Kathy is in the MFT Idol contest on SCS and voting starts this evening. You can find more information on her blog throughout the day. For those that are members please remember to vote for your favorite and hopefully your vote will be for "20something".

I am off to enjoy some sunshine temps are a whooping 60 here today. Feels good to know spring is near finally after what seems like a very long winter. I will be back later with a card hopefully but couldn't contain myself I just had to share this discovery with everyone:)
Enjoy your day and thanks for stopping by.

One layout 2 Different Designs

Hi, Today I am sharing a couple of cards I made but haven't shared yet. I made the first stamped card using a favorite set of mine from Unity "Giggle Grove". It is one of my all time favorite sets there is so much you can create with it.

The second card was created after finding out a dear embossing friend had lost her beloved bird. For her card I chose the same layout but of course wanted a totally dry embossed card for her. The design used in the first card I thought was perfect so I cased it thus creating two very similar cards one stamped and one dry embossed. For both cards I used Lasting Impressions "Uptown Vine & Ivory" cs and buttons. I also rounded the corners on both cards for a softer look.
Other supplies
Fiskar scallop punch
black marker
black Versafine ink
clear embossing powder

It's Almost Spring

Hello, today I worked on my craft room sorting and cleaning, not that I got far! As I was cleaning up some scraps, I decided to make this card. I have had this template out since receiving it so before putting it away decided to create this card. I really don't like it all that much, not sure why I had to have it! All card stock and template (L9566) are from Lasting Impressions. Even though I tired jazzing it up it I'm still not super impressed with card!
Oh well, no worries it is is put away and I used it once:)
Other Supplies
Cuttlebug Argyle folder
Nestability "rectangle"
Polka Dot ribbon from Micheal's

A Homely Card

Hi luckily I made this card yesterday to share because today I am back in bed with this dang back! While cleaning my craft room and needing to actually use some of my stash , I found this metal sentiment which was perfect for this card. I paired it up a new stamp I purchased from Starving Artistamps. As you can see I decided to scribble (haven't done that in years) to color and what I didn't scribble I paper pieced. I thought the card needed some clouds and not having any, I stamped the trees a couple of times on to white stock and cut the tops off using them worked out well. The button was added to incorporate a tad bite more of color to the card.

"Home is the sweetest type of heaven" and bed in particular right about now:)

Supplies
Starving Artistamp's DoodleFactory "House"
Plaid "Winter Casual" DP
White cs
Lasting Impressions "Chocolate" cs
Copic Markers
lime thread and sewing machine
Black Versafine Ink
Sentiment (I think) Making Memories
Thanks for stopping in and have a wonderful evening

Chick-a-dee

Hi, Today's share is just a quick dry emobssed "chick-a-dee" card with some bold colors! Some may wonder how I created the background paper for the card to match so well, If you saw my craftroom you would wonder no more! It seems like everything that makes it into that room stays in there until I find a use for it including the packaging! I used the index sheet from Lasting Impressions "Sunshine" pack. I was surpised at how well it embossed and scuffed.

Sometimes some of the best things are free.

Supplies Include

Lasting Impressions Templates S613 (egg), S811 (chick)
Lasting Impressions "Sunshine"pp & "Lemon" CS
White linen cs
chalk
Zig marker black
standard paper punch
clip
bright pink brads
I hope your day is bright and sunny.

You're Not Hallucinating!

Hello, you're not hallucinating everything is coming up mushrooms today, perhaps it's the hallucinogenic drugs I am on that caused me to create this card. This is another set from Starving Artistamps DoodleFactory "Fairy Tales" series. In the end , drug induced or not I think it is a cute card and worth sharing. I stamped a roll of mushrooms on to leather like tan cs and really didn't think the Copic Markers would work well but was surprised how well the paper absorbed the color.

I think this card would make a good get well or even a sympathy card for a guy.

Supplies:

Starving Artistamps -DoodleFactory "mushrooms"
Versafine Black ink
Copic Markers
Leather-like cs
Lasting Impressions cs
DCWV Fall Mat Stack
Square and scallop Nestabilities
Lasting Impressions "oatmeal " buttons
gold floss
Ivory ribbon
Maroon button
Thanks so much for stopping by - Enjoy your evening.

Sketch Challenge

Well, hello there! Do you remember me? I don’t blame you if you don’t… I have been away far too long and I've missed you so. My plan was to take a few days away from computer to organize and sort through my over flowing craft room when this task was put on hold. I managed to wind up flat on my back, falling down some stairs on an already fragile back, age not being on my side it knocked me out for awhile. The back is still touch and go but with the help of drugs, tolerable for short periods. Not being able to sleep last night I spotted the sketch challenge on Kathy's Blog and followed the links to get the specifics. After seeing what was up for grabs I had to give it a whirl. I just got some Starving Artistamps and was anxious to ink them so this challenge was perfect for me. The challenge can be found at 2 Sketches 4 You. This is the card I created for the challenge.

Supplies
Starving Artistamps "Sweets N Hearts", "Doegy"
Copic Markers
Versafine "Black Ink"
Clear embossing powder
Lasting Impressions paper
Basicgrey "Cupcake" paper pad
Clear bubble stickers
Circle Nestability
Crystal Lacquer
Glitter Glue

Enjoy your evening, and thanks for stopping in.

Bold Birthday Card

Just a quick share because it took me forever to get going today. I was putting some new sets away when I remembered my BIL had a Birthday coming up but quickly decided this card needed a scallop edging which isn't quite suitable for a guy! The black polka dot paper is actually from a set of 4 coasters that I picked up in the $ bin at Joann's. I peeled it off and had plenty from one coaster to create this card. The polka dot paper paired up with the turquoise is a match made in heaven!

Supplies include :
SU "Big Birthday Candle"
DCWV scallop card (cut and reassembled)
Scribbles shiny black
Zig Marker
Ribbon
Black and white cs
Glitter glue
Copic Markers

The Simple Life

Hi, being off work today I decided to have some fun and follow the Hip Hop with the Unity gals. After, blog hopping I was so inspired I pulled out a couple of my Unity sets to play with. This is what I came up with. To create I used Eco Chic and Simple Pleasures sets. I first stamped, cut and embossed the tree onto white cs then repeated only stamping inside a circle cut using Nestabilities. Coloring was done using Copic Markers. Nothing super fancy just a clean no frill card.

Other supplies include
Lasting Impressions (line green, brown) CS
Hot off the press PP
SU Kraft CS
Polka Dot ribbon (gifted from Kathy)
Button misc. stock, small piece hemp.
Nestabilites
Ivory thread, sewing machine
Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder
I so wish we had a hint of leaves on our trees here but no such luck. We are under a blizzard and got dumped on pretty good today I am happy I was off as the highway I travel was closed due to a 27 car pile up right by my exit.
Enjoy your evening and don't forget to get your name in for blog candy you have until Monday. It is open to all you don't need a blog to enter.

My Date's Valentine

I whipped up this card this morning for my lunch date. My lil' nephew invited me to be his Valentine since his auntie didn't have one. How sweet is that for a 14 year old? He took me to Applebee's and afterwards to Stone Cold Creamy which I had never been to before. What a wonderful afternoon I had. I hope everyone else also had a delightful day.

This card was super quick to make thanks to Kim Hughes "UR A Hoot" set. I colored the owl using Copic markers, then hung the saying from the branch using a little twine, and of course added a button to finish it off. Isn't it the cutest!

It was a fun very easy simple Valentine to make and perfect for that special boy.

Collage of Valentine Cards

Today marks my one year anniversary of blogging. Thank you all for being so supportive of me throughout one of my most difficult years. I will be back later with lots of yummy candy up for grabs so be sure to stop back.
I want to wish you and your loved ones a Happy Valentine's Day. I thought I would share some of the Valentine cards I made for family and friends this year but never got around to posting on my blog. Most of them were dry embossed and as always (my style) quick makes with the exception of the "fishy one". The fish one was a challenge card made for a challenge Kathy hosted.
In the first photo, I made a bunch of cards using a new brass template paired up with My Mind's Eye pp. I liked the layout of the card that I came up with so much that I decided to take on this week's Unity challenge on Splitcoaststampers create the "cake" atc you see in the picture.
The second card was made using lots of buttons and the same heart template and was made for a dear embossing friend. She is the sweetest most talented embossing friend around. All paper and buttons are Lasting Impressions.
The third were made with images sent to me by Kathy . This is the challenge Kathy spoke of on her blog.
Thanks for popping in and have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

In My Garden Love Grows

I'm a lazy blogger as of late, so sorry. It seems by the time I get things uploaded I then am too tired to post and crash. On the home front I do have some wonderful news. The roofer called me late yesterday and said he is coming to install my much needed roof in the morning. I had to laugh at him because winds were approaching 70 mph. and and not expected to end until 10am this morning with rain and snow predicted thereafter. To my amazement I was awoken to 30 roofers jumping out of their trucks and onto my roof. Momma is getting a new roof. I am locked upstairs in my room to keep warm so it is the perfect time to post some of the shares I have neglected to post recently and some newly created ones.

I entered a blog giveaway and won this set from Toodles & Binks when it arrived yesterday I couldn't wait to see what I could do with it. After stamping, embossing and coloring the image with Copic markers I followed the outline of the tree top and cut a piece of pink felt to use as a backdrop for it. The set is called "In My Garden Love Grows". I added a small Nestability bird for added interest and to make it look more shabby.

Don't you think this card is perfect to give that special friend on Valentine's Day?

Bouquet Love

Hello, sorry I have been neglecting my blog. We have been hit with blizzard after blizzard here making for a total mess. My days off have been spend shoveling 170 foot sidewalks on some real estate that was tossed in my lap when hubby died. I have been too tired to post anything but on a good note the weather is suppose to go to 50 this weekend so hopefully, it will only be a vague memory of a nasty winter season here.
I have managed to make a few cards in between, this first one I'm sharing was made using a new Lasting Impressions template which I fell in love with. I paired it up with some paper from My mind's Eye "Love" paper which distresses very nicely. I stamped the center using a stamp from Printworks to finish it off with white ink and seafoam emboossing powder.
Other supplies include Nestabilities "circles and scallops" and green buttons from Joann's.
Thanks for stopping in, enjoy your day.

Good Luck

Hello, we did get all the snow we were expecting and then some. I have lots of extra if anyone wants some.

I couldn't wait to play with a new SU set I got so I came up with this card. Since I don't normally send out St. Patrick's cards (which this design would be great for) I made it into a generic "Good Luck" card. By adding a few buttons and attaching some 3 leaf clovers punch out of matching background paper it makes for a nice quick card and is masculine enough to send to that special guy who may be celebrating retirement, graduation , promotion etc.
Supplies Used
SU Sincere Salutations
SU Season of Friendship
Versafine black ink
Adirondack Espresso
LI limeade paper, green polka dot (unknown) as is the brown DP
Buttons
Armada clover punch
brown/white piece of scrap ribbon
Thanks for stopping by enjoy your Saturday. I'm off to see what else I can "branch" off into but I wanted to share this with you first.

A Little Monkey Lovin'

Hello, miss me? Sorry for the long absence I finally got off my lazy tush and decided to make a card. I bought a new laptop and have been spending some time learning it and loading it with all my needed programs. Although, I have been playing around with computers since they were introduced hubby has always been the one to install everything and fix what I blew up. So I'm proud to say I even managed to transfer all my email without losing any all by myself!
I still had all of my October stamps Kathy bought me for Christmas on my work table so I thought I would play some more with this cute monkey. I used Ranger "glossy accents" on the tongue and the heart. After allowing it to dry, I used some Lasting Impressions "Scrappy Rubs" for the wording. Completed card is 5 1/4 squared.

Supplies Include
October Stamp
Square Scallop Nestability
White cs, Unknown "Brown/Black"DP (swiped from Kathy), LI "Poppy Red"CS
Black thread, sewing machine
Red Buttons inserted with "vintage choc brown" ribbon
Copic Markers
Black thin tip marker
3D "Black" Scribbles
Ranger "Glossy accents"
I may have an extra play day tomorrow, we are suppose to get a foot of snow by daybreak. Sounds like a good day to call in sick:)
Have a great day, stay warm! Thanks for popping in.

Sending Love

Hi, I can't seem to put down my Valentine templates so I hope you don't mind me sharing another Valentine card! This is one of those Lasting Impression templates that I never really liked, that is until I paired it with these colors. I really like these colors together.

Supplies include Lasting Impressions sunflower, poppy and black cs, L9183 template, Cuttlebug "swiss dot" folder, Nestability "label", some black & white checker ribbon and a big ole' red button.

Enjoy your evening, thanks for stopping in.

Simple Love

Simple "Love" card but is it too simple? I thought of jazzing it up with ribbon but thought with grouping the hearts in the manner I did, it created enough of an impact. This is certainly another ten minute or less make card.

Supplies Used
Cuttlebug "Swiss Dot" folder
Lasting Impressions L9457 template
Colorbox chalk "Red Warm" ink
Denami Design stamp
Paper: LI "Poppy Red", linen "white", and My Minds Eye

Have a creative day. Thanks for popping in.

A Rosy Birthday

I made this card for my mother in law's upcoming birthday. She is a huge flower lover so this card is perfect for her and I got to use one of my favorite flower stamps to make it. I bought this stamp at a garage sale long ago. It is a mounted to wood stamp but has no manufacturer on it. When ever I need to make a quick flower card I reach for this stamp.
I used Copic markers to color it and added a little glitz by going over some of the lines using the Spica markers. The papers used came from Kathy's stash ( I scored big while visiting)!! I am definitely putting some of the scraps to use since arriving home. Of course, I had to add a touch of sewing and a button to complete it.
Enjoy your evening and thanks for dropping in.

Tonight I thought I would share a quick card I whipped up last night and never got around to posting it. It uses a minimal amount of supplies and came together quite quickly. I really like the DP it makes the card!

Reminisce "Sweet Spots" DP, Lasting Impressions "Pink checkered", White linen, DCWV "bright pink"
Nestibilities (circles, scallop)
3D pearl paint, turquoise ribbon and thread

Masculine Get Well Card

Hello, if you are anything like me you know how hard it is to come up with a good masculine card of any kind. Especially challenging to me are masculine sympathy and get well cards. I was able to tackle making a "get Well' card easily with this new cute image from October stamps.

Again, the DP was swiped from Kathy's scrap pile and worked out to be a perfect addtion to this card.

Supplies

Wording CHF "Kim Hughes"

Monkey October stamps "Nina Aslund"

Card stock Lasting Impressions

Corner rounder

Nestibilities

We R Memory Keepers (X-Large Eyelets)

Black Ink

Copic Markers

Have a super evening, thanks for dropping in!~

Bright & Cheery Valentine

Good Morning, while putting away some of the scraps I brought back from my visit with Kathy, I came across this boldly bright paper from We R Memories and had to put it to use. It goes so well with the red polka dot paper from Scenic Route.
Embossing and cutting hearts and circles out from matching cardstock made this card go together very quickly. To finish it off I added a few bright yellow buttons and had a card done in less then ten minutes.

Supplies Used
Dollar Store Greeting
Lasting Impressions L9182
Colorbox Chalk Ink "Warm Red"
Papers: White Linen, We R Memories, Scenic Route
Accessories: buttons, Nestibilites (circle & Rectangle)
Glue pop dots.

Today I plan on doing some laundry and curling up and reading my new Grisham book .Enjoy your Sunday and thanks for stopping by.

A Love-ly Tree

Just dropping in to share another card created in the wee hours. This one also uses several Lasting Impression templates and card stock. I like switching up templates (like the tree) and using them in different ways to get a whole different look. The DP used for the heart tree is from a bargain bag Kathy picked up for me at her local scrapbook store all other paper is LI.

I think it has finally stopped snowing here for a bit after snowing all day and leaving my area with a good 18" since last night.

Enjoy your evening and thanks for popping in.

Love You!

Good Morning, unable to sleep last night and not wanting to watch another infomercial I decided to mosey into my craft room and put some of my energies to use. This is the first of several cards I created as a result. I have had the arrow template from Lasting Impressions for some time and decided to incorporate it into this design. All cardstock and templates are Lasting Impressions. I distressed and inked the edges using Colorbox "dune and brown" inks.
